Sunday Verses (On Monday Ü)

And who of you by being worried can add a single hour to his life?
And why are you worried about clothing?
Observe how the lilies of the field grow;
they do not toil nor do they spin.
But I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor
was clothed like one of them.
-Matthew 6:27-29
God does not want us to worry, about anything! The big things, the little things, and all of the things in between. He asks that we simply trust. Trust that He knows what is going on and He has our back. This week, try to catch yourself when you are worrying and STOP, DROP (to your knees if you are in a place to do so), and PRAY! Ask God to take away your worries, ask Him to forgive you for not trusting him, ask Him for peace. And as the song goes, don't worry, be happy.
Preschool is done on Wednesday and then I will be back to showing you lots of fun junk projects! Hope you all are well, thanks for checking in!

  3. Thank you for the reminder. I wish that trusting God has our best interest in mind was something we didn't need reminder on. It is a constant struggle. I love the quote "Worrying is like a rocking chair, it will give you something to do but it won't get you anywhere." Thank you for the reminder. Just what I needed.

  4. Really takes the pressure off and injects freedom and liberty in life when we truly realize that God cares for us and doesn't want us to worry.
    Great verse
