12 Days of Christmas, Day 2, Toy Box

On the second day of Christmas

Beyond The Picket Fence gave to me,

a toy box for under the tree.

 

Nothing says Christmas fun like toys. For this easy project I started with a stray drawer that I painted red.

I hand-lettered the word TOYS on it.  If you don't like your lettering, using stencils!

I added some wheels so kids can move it easily.  I thought this would make a great decoration sitting under the tree with favorite toys from years past or antique toys if you are lucky enough to have some.

It would also make a fun gift for a child or a mama who needs some toy organization.
