What is the center of attention on your Christmas table? Why the centerpiece of course.
Today I am outling and planning my 12 days of Christmas posts that I will be bringing you in November. And right now I am thinking centerpieces, what will I do this year? Here are a few Christmas centerpieces past for inspiration:
Last year I used a berry sieve--I liked the height it provided!
A favorite red toolbox worked one year.
A doll cradle and antlers provided the perfect white Christmas centerpiece.
Milk glass and an old Libby's food crate have graced my Christmas table too.
For me the perfect centerpiece starts with the perfect container to build the centerpiece around. And while the fresh greens will wait until December, I look forward to gathering "centerpiecey" supplies today and creating something fun and new for this year's Christmas table. What do you use for a Christmas centerpiece?
Great ideas! I especially like the red toolbox. I have a dark green one which I could use in a Christmas vignette somewhere in our home.

I like the wooden Libbys crate - I'm from Chicago. :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm partial to the crate one also. Although, I do have a pine toolbox that I built for my husband for Christmas last year that he's not using. Hmmm? Might have to reclaim that one for myself! If I fill it with goodies he'll surely not mind!! Lol. Thanks for inspiring me again as always. Happy fall ya'll.
ReplyDeleteThey are all great! I love using Vintage finds for creative vignettes! Blessings, Cecilia
