Happy MORE Monday! These posts started in the new year when most of us make the BIG resolutions that are often forgotten and left behind by February or March.
I wanted to motivate us to continue with and keep our resolutions by making small changes throughout the year.
The changes have focused on different areas--health, money, relationships.
With the holidays rapidly approaching (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and all of the delicious food headed our way, I thought today would be a good day to focus again on our health, and specifically small changes to help keep off those extra holiday pounds.

These are some ideas that have worked for me because they are simple and doable and still allow for some special treats. I believe in BALANCE!!
