Easy Ladder Shelf
For every show I do, there is AT LEAST one project that never gets finished and doesn't make it. This easy ladder shelf was the lonely, left-behind project from last show.

Level Shelf
I don't collect many things and when I do, I keep the collection small because I just don't want an overwhelming amount stuff.
While unpacking (yes, still 8 months later) some boxes last week I discovered my wind-up alarm clock collection.
I haven't seen this collection in awhile because I had put it away about a year or so before we sold our house. I decided it was time to display it again.

Fusion Blues Paint Giveaway
Blue is my favorite color, all shades of it, so when asked to join other bloggers in showing off the Fusion Mineral Paint Blue colors (they have 8 to choose from), I jumped right in.
Look at all these purdy shades of blue at these blogs!

Sunday Verses
Happy Sunday! Our lives are a race, sometimes a slow crawl and other times a sprint. Our races are each different, with different obstacles and pit stops, and they are often difficult and so challenging we want to give up. We need to know that we have people surrounding us, not only those in heaven, but here on earth, cheering us on and supporting us as we run and we need to look to these people and let them support us when we we get tripped up by the hard things in life--our failings and shortcomings, our unbelief. When the race is tough we need to throw off the things (sins) slowing us down, we MUST let others help us and encourage us, and we need to keep our eyes on Jesus, who is with us from the very start to the finish. Keep running my friends, even when it gets hard, until He says we have crossed the finish line.

Foodie Friday: Gluten Free Cookie Butter Pretzel Bites
I think when we went gluten free (because my husband has Celiacs), finding treats and yummy munchies was the biggest challenge.
I was a baker--cookies, bars, bread and it took a while for me to come up with yummy alternatives. This concoction that I whipped up one day has become a family favorite.

Beachy Patio Table
Do you ever buy something at a garage sale and then wonder why?
That is how it was with this patio set I picked up a couple years ago. I didn't look it over well enough and it had some issues I didn't see. It has a couple leaves that pop up that the previous owner said worked great, but they didn't and I was stupid and didn't test them. The table was pretty wobbly too.
But, it was mine, so I decided to make it work.

Outdoor Dreamin"
As the weather took a turn for the worse this week (white stuff was spotted, but didn't stick around), I have been planning and dreaming about the projects I want to get done outside.
When we bought our old schoolhouse last summer, we traded a VERY SMALL yard for 1.2 acres.

Sunday Verses
Happy Sunday! My family often hears me say, "Look out the window, look at the light!" The other evening the light was amazing--an incredible golden color that faded into the most beautiful pink (this photo does not do it justice). Good light makes everything look better. Light makes seeing things easier, it warms us, gives us energy, and it is necessary for survival. Jesus came to this world to bring us light. But, there is so much darkness in our world that we forget to stop and look at the Light. We bury our heads, walk around in our black clouds, and only see darkness. When life gets dark, look to the LIGHT, Jesus. See the beauty, let Him illuminate the way, give you energy, help you survive. And, this is vital, if you find that you are in such a deep darkness that you cannot see the Light, PLEASE ask someone to help you to find it.

Pallet Plant Stepstool DIY
This pallet plant stepstool maybe should be entitled DIY...or not.
This build was a first for me and so naturally, I had to make plenty of mistakes and will do it differently next time. But, I am still happy with the results so I will share what I did and what I will do differently next time.

Another Show in the Books
Another show is done, finished, wiped out, caput. It was a great one, with lots of people and lots of buyers. I thought I would share a few things from the show. Sorry for cell phone pics. I did share the booth with an incredibly talented friend, but most things you see in the pictures are mine.

Sunday Verses
Happy Sunday! I am not sure how it is where you live, but here in Montana, robins are definitely signs of hope--a sign that the spring will come, the snow will eventually stop, and warmer days will return. Sometimes though, with God, we do not see visual signs that give us hope and that can be difficult. It is hard to keep the faith when we do not see what we hope for happening. But, even when we do not see how something is going to work out, how our prayers will be answered, we can still do something--hope with patience. And while this might seem like doing nothing, it is really something that takes a conscious effort. Whatever you are hoping for, whatever you are waiting for, wait for it with active patience and know that God's timing is perfect and He sees your waiting and your hope and faithfulness.

Barn Door Hall Tree
I have been a busy lady prepping for a show. And, I always make so much and then don't take the time to stop and take pictures for you.
For this show I only managed to take pictures of a few things. One was this barn door inspired hall tree.
