into this bright and fun side table.
All it took was some chalk paint in Paris Grey and Barcelona (after cleaning off the contact paper goo on top),
a little stenciling in Pure White and Florence and Paris Grey,
and some clear wax to change a dilapidated piece into something fresh and new.
I left the base as I found it--I love the wheels!

Drop leaf tables are so handy and practical and the metal typing table takes all that one step further by being almost indestructible :) Love the colors and stencil patterns you used, just so cute now. Have a great holiday weekend.

ReplyDeleteYour typing table looks great becky! Loving the colors you chose. I have a utility cart that someone (moi) covered entirely with contact paper in the 70's or 80's. I started removing it earlier in the spring, and then I just stopped! hmph!
