Leftovers

I have a few "leftover" pictures from Prairie Sisters that I haven't shown.  Peek around in them the best you can (phone pictures), there are lots of things to see.

These brightly colored items were a big hit--sold right away.  I also had a side table to match the sofa table.

A chair I freshened up with paint and new fabric.
My red corner--I made another wagon table, sold immediately.  See the Hoosier drawer wine holder?
A bookshelf with book pages decopauged to the back and a shabby dresser.
The drawers were painted in mostly coco and old white, with the top and body done mostly in Louis blue and old white.

Another drawer ottoman, a round table that had been cut down at one point in time to be made into a coffee table, a vintage shelf.

  6. whoa! thanks so much for making me feel like a slacker! hahahaha

Love that first table (the one you had a side table to match) If I painted stuff like this, people would think I'm crazy around here. I think it would go over well at the craft show though.
    LOVE it all becky!

  8. Hi becky! I am in love with ALL your stuff- the colors, the paint finish, the patterns, the uniqueness and the simpleness! I have been reading your blog for a few months now and i wish i had your brain and your talent. I have a couple questions (i know you probably hate this part) im a bit stumped and would love to be able to figure out how to make things look professional like you do. Here goes... if you can answer, great, if not, i understand. When using pallet wood, what brand/type of fasteners do you use? Ive tried a drill and a few different kinds of screws with no luck- they just wont go in, the wood is too strong! Ive used nails and hammer with a little better success but still not great. Also, do you use 2x4's for your cute little step stools and end tables? It looks like it in the pics but mine looked much bulkier than yours. I know my questions are kinda ridiculous, hope you dont laugh at me! You are awesome and i love, love your style!

  10. Eye candy!! I'm so glad you shared your "left overs" because somehow I missed your original drawer ottoman post. I found it over on your blog archive and have pinned it for safe keeping. You're fabulous!
