I have been collecting a pile of leftover painted wood scraps from my various projects this summer and finally decided to use them. I had a free mirror that I first glued down to a random board that was in the garage (hope it didn't have a purpose honey!). Then came the piecing.
I played with the pieces, cutting them smaller as needed--this took about an hour or so. When I had everything where I wanted it, I used the nail gun to secure each piece in place.
A little sanding of the rough edges and some wax was all it took to finish up my scrappy mirror.
Love it Becky!! The colors are awesome!
