Records? Remember these? Oh, how I loved my record albums. Some of my first albums that I remember listening to were Mary Poppins and Pebbles and Bam-Bam's Good Ship Lollipop album. Later came The Partridge Family, Helen Reddy and Carly Simon.
While albums have made a resurgence, some old records are too far gone to be used for their original purpose.
When I recently "refound" some old albums in my junk stash, I knew they would be perfect simple signs.

Using Funky Junk's Old Sign Stencils (yes, again--these are the BEST and oh so versatile!!), I stenciled a couple of the albums for fall. I knew the black record and orange label would be perfect for fall.
I added the pumpkin patch stencil to the larger album and pumpkins and leaves from the fall graphics to the smaller album.
I propped the records on my window sill in my great room, but they are also easy to hang using the hole in the center.
Super quick and easy. I love finding "new" old things to stencil on and these awesome, high quality stencils (HERE) can be used over and over and over.
Wow what a super idea!
