Tray Temptation

Oh, I know I say it plenty, but I am quite tempted to keep this little (or actually rather large), metal tray.  I forgot a before picture--shocking, but it was black with gold hearts around the inside rim.  That was someone else's refinishing job.  As I sanded a bit I discovered there was a floral bouquet under the black and hearts.  Here is a hint of the original colors--some yellow, green, pink:
I added yellow, green, and turquoise paint, using the vaseline  method since sanding and metal go together like oil and water.
I did put some stain over it all and clear spray.
I am quite smitten with the results--the color with the black coming through.
And it is such a nice size, hmmm, temptation is not a good thing.
