I have picked up lonely drawers here and there (and by here and there I mean restore places, the side of the road, from too far gone dressers) over the years and created various things from them. I have some looking up from their cold, dusty spots in the garage begging me to use them. Thought I would peruse some of my past post for inspiration. Check out all of the links for more details!
Hubby grabbed a set of waterbed base drawers at a garage sale. I used several to make ottomans like this one HERE:
and this rustic, industrial style ONE:
and ONE WITH HOOKS.
I used croquet handles on A DRAWER to make a shelf.
and a SHUTTER PLANTER with one.
So many other ideas out there--hope these inspire you!
Just a reminder--the Creating With the Stars contest is still on--would love a click on #12, my island made from shutters and a DRAWER.
You need to scroll down past the vacation entry stuff to see the links! THANK YOU!

These are all incredible, but I really love the ottomans. I am pinning for inspiration later. I have a few old drawers around our house that need a little "facelift." ;) Thanks so much for sharing!

Becky,
ReplyDeleteI had a drawer at my yard sale last weekend....it didn't sell...so maybe I will make a shelf out of it. Thanks so much for sharing all these wonderful ideas at my party.
Blessings,
Linda
Love the post - I have around 25 drawers I've collected. I plan on making a large wall of drawer shelves!
ReplyDeleteI love all the drawer projects! That foot stool is so cute, love the side table, and planter too. I made my dog a bed from a drawer, and I have two more drawers that I haven't quite made up my mind yet what to make. But that side table is pretty cool! Thanks for sharing these awesome projects.
ReplyDeleteI wonder what color was used on the bathroom shelf!!
