Simple Sign

I am gearing up for a few spring shows--shows=signs, at least some.  More and more vendors have jumped on the sign wagon so I try to do someting a little different, but keep it simple for me.  The signs sell well, and definitely add fluff and filler to the booth.  

Sticking with my color theme scheme I put together a few blank "canvases".  One of them became this sweet sign with a verse I love.  I freehanded both the branch and bird and the wording.  This reclaimed wood is all wood so this sign is heavy and paints up beautifully.  Paint technique used is HERE.

Simple, springy, and a good reminder that we do not need to be strong on our own--God is our strength!
