Under $100 Link Party

I can't believe it Easter this week.  I remember thinking Easter was so far away...sigh.  My oldest is about 21--21!!  How did that happen? My youngest is beginning to think she is miss independent.  Time keeps on ticking, whether we savor it or not.  Savor is going to my mantra, at least for the next week or two, until sadly I forget and life gets too fast and crazy again.

How do you savor you time, days?  Take a few minutes to savor some great projects from last week:
Simply lovely sign from Lake Girl Paints

Incredible upholstered pallet bench from My Love 2 Create
DIY Upholstered Bench, MyLove2Create
A Piece Of Rainbow shared a fantastic frame tutorial
McKenna Made It's marvelous metal cabinet makeover
Great chair, great fabric from Urban Patina

Under $100 Link Guidelines:

1. Please link to the specific post, not your blog!
2. Please only post home decor ideas that cost $100 or less--it would be great if you share the cost of your project, but not necessary.  Only share current projects, i.e. from the last 3 months.
3. Link up YOUR OWN IDEAS--not a roundup of other people's ideas.
4. Grab my blog button on the sidebar and include it in your post or a link to Beyond The Picket Fence so people can find you and more great ideas.
5. Please check and make sure your link works. If it doesn't you can delete it and try again.
6. Please no direct links to sales sites, i.e. ETSY or just a plain ol' commercial site, we are looking for inexpensive ideas we can recreate--YOUR ideas, NOT roundups of other's work!
7.  Please do NOT link up the same thing week after week--keep it fresh
8.  PLEASE visit the link and repin from the blog. not here--thanks!

Have fun--I am looking forward to your links!

  1. Thanks for hosting, Becky. I'm sorry I got sidetracked while I was entering my links and accidentally entered a couple of recipes. I didn't see a delete button, so feel free to delete them on your end. I'll try to pay better attention next time...silly kids wanted dinner ;-) Have a blessed Easter!

  2. Hi Becky! Thank you for featuring my scripture art! What a surprise when I popped over to visit tonight.
Yes - Savor our time. I've been thinking about that lately too.

  3. My "word of the year" last year was "savor." Its a great intention to have! lol But seriously, yes, its a wonderful perception to have on life, especially when things get a bit crazy. I'm excited to join your party for the first time. Totally adore your projects!

  4. Thank you for an excellent party!

  5. thank you so much dear becky! =) what an honor to be featured among all these super creative people!!! i will be back to join your party this week =) happy easter to you!

  6. Such a great word Becky, I too need to Savor things more. My oldest will be starting HS in the fall and I keep telling him to stop growing and he won't listen, time seems to just be getting faster!

Thank you so much for including my bench in your features!! I hope you have a very wonderful Easter!

  7. Hi Becky, I'm linking up my kitchen this week, since just about every item in it was thrifted or "found". Thanks so much for the party and Happy Easter!

  8. Thank you Becky for featuring my sweet chair:) I love your site, adorable projects and weekly inspirations.

I was reminded last night how fast time goes as my husband celebrated his 50th birthday. We've been together for 23 years, where does the time go?! We all need to be more present and live for each moment--I too need to try and remember that everyday.

  9. Great features Becky! I love that sign...and I am singing the Casting Crowns song version of the verse in my head right now :) Thanks for hosting! Laurel

  10. Wonderful features once again. Thanks so much for hosting and have a wonderful Easter weekend my friend.

  11. Oh, I almost forgot . . . I've posted your button on my sidebar as my "Favorite Blog of the Week" and will tell people to visit you in my next post. You rock!
    Patti :)

  12. Great features, Becky! Thanks for hosting :)
