Sunday Verses

be content no matter what season you are in
Happy Sunday! I love fall, it is my favorite season. The only thing I don't like about fall is that it means winter is soon to follow. And, although I like some snow in the months of December and January, I am usually not thrilled about the many months of cold and snow that we get in Montana. But, because I choose to live in Montana, I try to be content with our long winters and I know warmer weather will eventually return. Life is a series of seasons--some our favorite times and some we suffer through. But, when we know that God is a present in ALL of the intervals of our lives and we trust that a new season will come, it is easier to be content in whatever situation we are in. To be satisfied and grateful wherever we are is a true gift of faith.

  1. This is such a wonderful scripture....one we all should heed! And what you have written is just beautiful...and something else we should all think about. Hope you have had a lovely Sunday.

  2. This is something else I struggle with. I am blessed and I know it, but I often wish that things were a little easier and we didn't have to struggle so much. It's a constant process.
