Ode to the Sofa Table

Dear sofa table, why do I love to create you so?

Perhaps it is because there are so many places you can go.

Yes, beind the couch or sofa like this barn wood beautaaay,

but you also work well in an entraaay.

You can be made from old pallet wood

Or a discarded cupboard door that someone thought was no good!

This one was created from the neighbor's fence board

 and this one from reclaimed wood that someone else may hoard.

 Here is one that was rescued from the roadside,

And with a fresh paint job, this table has nothing to hide.

Yes, sofa table I pledge my love to you,

I am thankful for how great you look and all that you can do!
