Katie from Upcycled Treasures dreams up so many fun out of the box projects, this time she used reclaimed wood that dates back to the 1800's! 
Karen from Redouxinteriors had this old sewing table in her garage for two years before she finally did something with it. She made it into a side table by using dumpster free wood planks, staining them, and securing them to the top.

Hi Becky. I love your blog, always so inspiring. Could you possibly expound on what combination of coconut oil & Annie Sloan wax you use on your pieces? I also love to build from found lumber but I'm lacking knowledge when it comes to the finishing techniques. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
