From Playset to Potting Table

What a fun and tiring Junk Fest week it has been.  The Fest was fabulous, sold like crazy :).  Here is one fun thing that sold--a potting table I made from a swing set that hubby took apart for someone.  Pain for him, happy for me when I saw all the yummy wood.

I used a walkway portion to make the top of the potting table.  I added the legs, and the sides of the table apron, a shelf underneath and some old garden fencing on the back.

Some paint and stain finished it up and now it has a new home.

  7. This is awesome!! What a clever idea! How do you do the white portion so it looks this way? When I try things like this, it turns out looking like something that should really go into the dump, rather than looking cool like your table. :)
